"I recently purchased a G37 convertible off your showroom floor a few weeks ago.  I filled out the brief survey from Infiniti but also wanted to let you all know that Paul Escorpeso did an excellent job in taking care of my wife and I.  He walked us through and demoed several cars for us, was extremely knowledgeable and really made us feel like part of the family.  We have recently switched from Volvo and look forward to more excellent service from your staff and Infiniti.

He even helped us program in our new cell phones, besides the ones we had when we first picked up the car.  We certainly appreciate him bringing the new license plates all the way out to our house, on his day off, too.  Saved us a trip into your part of town, during weekday traffic!

I really enjoy driving my new car!  It is so much fun to drive, and SO easy to park.  My husband actually looks for excuses to drive it, offering to run errands, and fill up the tank.  So he must think it's pretty cool, too.  (It's definitely easier to park than his Nissan Z.)

Lets face it, car shopping/leasing/buying experiences can be a painful ordeal.  Our experiences at Infiniti of Honolulu have been anything but! Your products, people, and process are all the most pleasant we have ever encountered in any dealership.  Mahalo nui loa for providing a totally enjoyable atmosphere, service, and driving experience."
